NoorBasira is a founder-led AI product company based at Dubai Silicon Oasis. We design software that turns complex, high-stakes information into something people can understand and trust. We build a small number of products, deliberately, and hold each to the same standard: be right, be honest about limits, and treat Arabic as a first-class language.

Fawateer reads a business’s invoices — both the bills it receives and the invoices it issues — and classifies their UAE VAT treatment line by line. Every classification is AI-reviewed — confirm before filing. It connects one-click and read-only to Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online and Xero, runs a deterministic risk engine over your data, and produces VAT-201 and FAF exports.
