What we build
Two products, each a venture of NoorBasira, each held to the same standard — be right, be honest, be bilingual.
Fawateer reads a business’s invoices — both the bills it receives and the invoices it issues — and classifies their UAE VAT treatment line by line. Every classification is AI-reviewed — confirm before filing. It connects one-click and read-only to Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online and Xero, runs a deterministic risk engine over your data, and produces VAT-201 and FAF exports.
Fawateer is a VAT-correctness tool, not a filing tool. It is not an FTA tax agent and not an Accredited Service Provider. You and your accountant stay in control of what gets filed.

Spark is a free online platform where children learn by doing — designing games, building apps, and exploring physical computing through story-driven quests. It is self-paced and playful: learning that feels like an adventure rather than a lesson.
Spark is a free software product and a philanthropic initiative of NoorBasira. It is built child-safety-first: parental consent, minimal data collection, and quests designed with young people’s wellbeing in mind.
