This policy explains how NOORBASIRA AI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO (“NoorBasira”, “we”) handles personal data on this website, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the “PDPL”).

What we collect, and why

This is a static informational website. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us through the form on our Contact page. That form collects your name, email address, and the message you write. We use these solely to read and reply to your enquiry.

  • Purpose: to respond to the message you send us.
  • Lawful basis (PDPL): your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
  • Retention: we keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, and this site ships with no analytics or tracking. If we ever add analytics, it will be strictly consent-gated (opt-in, no pre-ticked boxes), and this policy will be updated first.

Who processes your data (sub-processors)

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and deliver your message:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and the function that delivers the contact form.
  • Resend — the email service that delivers your message to our inbox.

These providers process data on our instructions. Because they operate globally, your message may be processed on servers outside the UAE; where that happens, we rely on the providers’ contractual and technical safeguards for such transfers, consistent with the PDPL.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email hello@noorbasira.ai — you do not need to create an account, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. Our children’s learning product, Spark, is governed by its own child-safety and privacy practices on its own site.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business and applicable regulations evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
